26bd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Obligations & Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions , the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "26bd" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://26bd.io, including all its sub-pages, services, features, and functionalities.
• "Platform" means the 26bd website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated software or tools made available to Users.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 26bd Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the 26bd Platform.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within a User's 26bd Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds into a User's Wallet using an approved payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard).
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds out of a User's Wallet to an approved personal payment account.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by 26bd to a User subject to specific terms.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited, or who has been self-excluded from the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all Platform operations.

By accessing the 26bd Platform, creating an Account, making a Deposit, placing a Bet, or using any service offered by 26bd, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 26bd. To register and maintain an Account on 26bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 26bd strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction on all accounts and all wagering activity. Individuals under the age of 21 are Restricted Persons and are expressly prohibited from using the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial, professional, or syndicate wagering operation.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the 26bd Platform, nor are you subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect.
• You hold a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account registered in your own name in Bangladesh, which you will use to fund your 26bd Wallet.

26bd makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 26bd complies with applicable local laws. If use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not register or continue using the Platform.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the 26bd Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile network, and a valid bKash, Nagad, or bank account in your own name. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

26bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of valid identity documents — such as your National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of your payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. 26bd reserves the right to pause Withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 26bd recommends enabling one-time password (OTP) verification for all logins from new devices. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to 26bd support in writing without undue delay.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 26bd customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. 26bd may also close Accounts at its discretion where a User is found to be in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 26bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 26bd supports the following payment methods for both Deposits and Withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum Deposit is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer Deposits may take up to 2 business hours to process and credit.
• All Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party Deposits are prohibited.
• 26bd does not charge a fee for Deposits; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum Withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent Deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1–2 business days.
• 26bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any Withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the Account has an unmet bonus wagering requirement attached to active bonus funds.

26bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 25x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per Account at any given time.
• 26bd reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User is abusing the promotion system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or using automated betting strategies.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

The following general rules apply to all sports Bets placed on the 26bd Platform. Sport-specific rules (covering cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available markets) are published separately in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All Bets are final once confirmed. 26bd does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a Bet after confirmation, except in the circumstances described below.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the scheduled completion point, Bets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Wallet unless the specific sport rules provide otherwise.
• In the event of a clear technical error in the published odds — including obvious pricing errors that any reasonable person would recognise as a mistake — 26bd reserves the right to void the affected Bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the Bet has been settled.
• Live in-play Bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live feed connectivity. 26bd accepts no liability for network latency that may affect live in-play Bet placement.
• Maximum Bet limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed at the time of Bet placement. 26bd reserves the right to adjust individual User betting limits at its discretion.
• 26bd reserves the right to limit or refuse any Bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

All casino games available on the 26bd Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and game shows — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are the rules of the respective game studio and are displayed within the game interface.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 26bd Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent account limits, self-exclusion measures, or responsible gaming tools.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while under any court-imposed restriction on gambling.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the Platform's software, interface, or content.

26bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Request by the User via the self-exclusion or account closure process.
• Direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction.

Upon suspension or termination for cause, 26bd may withhold any pending Withdrawals and Wallet balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is established, the verified Wallet balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

26bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and no logins, Deposits, or Bets are permitted.

26bd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Platform unavailability or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 26bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Errors in third-party game software, live feeds, or odds pricing systems.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 26bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

26bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 26bd will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 26bd Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and return of your verified Wallet balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 26bd operates. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
